Saturday was a great big hot blast, 36 degrees and folk in Kent still turned up to support Yogabeats next trip to the Middle East, making possible the bridging of two sides of this ancient conflict!!

plus providing us all with the best vegetable curry anyone ever ate!
Thanks Sara and Paul for putting it all together and yet I am still continually humbled to witness people’s support, particularly when there is no guarantee at all of any outcome – but the hope that these ancient conflicts can resolve seems to be the zeitgeist that is at the bottom of the human heart!
On the way to the event I spotted this amazingly synchronistic road name.
For me it describes the whole day and all the special souls who attended!
