Kissamos accommodation is on the edge of Kastelli by the Mavros
Molos Beach. The accommodation is apartment based, yoga students
have single or shared rooms within apartments close to or adjacent to
the beach.
The yoga space is on a large shaded balcony overlooking the sea..
Your day:
A typical day will begin with around two hours yoga practice in the
morning followed by a delicious vegetarian breakfast.
You then have free time to explore the area, spend time on the beach,
or simply relax.
The second yoga class of the day will take place in the late afternoon
and is usually half an hour shorter in length.
After this yoga class the participants meet up again to eat, relax and
chat at one of the local tavernas.
Blocks, mats, and belts are provided.
