Therapy Sessions with David
Revealing Breathing (Tibetan Re-birthing), spiritual healing and in person or telephone counseling sessions available by appointment.
A combination of Tibetan Re-birthing, healing and shamanism, it is a technique to access the deeper subconscious information layered within and beneath the surface personality. When the body remains still and a continuous cyclic breathing is applied the resultant energy within the body stimulates the organism into automatic repair and what is released is the thought forms and ideas held within the subconscious mind. Sometimes even the birth experience itself is relived and why the technique is popularly known as Re-birthing.
Revealing breathing is an ancient technique that reveals the hidden worlds of the human mind and one of the quickest methods to circumnavigate the devastating effects of stress on an individual, releasing them from a life time of learned negative responses.
David has been practicing shamanism and healing for over 20 years. The metaphysics behind our own lives and the objects of our desires are always entwined within the law of our own Karmic paths. There is no exception. Always a change of our own inner energies are necessary for that which is desired and ourselves to synchronize and thereby manifest.
This is the work of Re-birthing and one simple fact that true spiritual work and development is a non local event and affects the whole field of humanity.
For thousands of years Yogi’s have prepared the mind and body for meditation by practicing deep slow breathing “Pranayama” is the science of breath control “Prana” means breath and “Ayama” lengthening, by learning to breathe correctly you can release tension, stimulate the body and calm the mind.
There are countless Pranayamas and a session will provide an invaluable span of knowledge to the application of these techniques to fit one’s lifestyle.
Meditation can help you experience a state where you are aware of an inner peace-a release from everything preventing that peace. Meditation comes from the Latin “MEDERI” to heal.
It means to heal (a mental affliction caused by a psychological stress), firstly by achieving an inner calm and then in a harmonised state of consciousness viewing the problem, its cause and how to resolve it.
Meditation is probably one of the most powerful, natural techniques for self realisation and managing one’s own state.
David Sye's 'Revealing breathing' technique has changed my outlook on life in many ways. I'd consider myself a serious yoga practitioner and 'seeker' but I've realised, through my sessions with David, that the mind is very clever and sometimes issues we think we are 'doing the work on', we are often just burying deeper. David has taught me to be forgiving and kind to myself; to value and treat myself as well as I do others, and to release negative thought patterns which have subtly been holding me back in giving and receiving love. Yes its painful at times to look inside with honesty, but David's genuine, gentle and caring guidance will ensure that you never feel alone during this transformational process.
Testimony for you SYE Sye's Selfless approach to this genuinely transformative healing is not without the intention to reach the absolute core of ones existence. For me, rebirthing is letting go of the outer layers of surplus emotion, and made up identities we collect along the way, (in this urban life), that seem to settle like dust; blinding us from our true self. Underneath all this is a beautiful state of joy and pure love. Fears are released, security arises from within, warming the heart and deeply satisfying the soul. I always feel shiny and connected with the self. Rebirthing increases our potential to love and enjoy the life we have. From Yoga teacher, Niamh
“Rebirthing with David Sye, is a real but I really mean, a real rebirth. His guidance is just incredible. This opened up for me a new huge part of my life and a view of Earth OUAH so shining:) How can someone not do this? Why? Because this is freedom for life.” – Tania
It’s rare to meet a teacher who truly embodies what he teaches and acts as a true inspiration to those he works with, but David does exactly this. His re-birthing technique is an amazingly effective and empowering way to work towards integration and evolution, and is delivered with true generosity of spirit and great skill.
David is a great Yogateacher – he instructs with a gentle voice but serious mission: to let us feel the universal love in ourselves! He finds the right words for the right moments, loving and understanding with a big portion of humour! His classes are challenging and therefore great lessons to learn for our life out of the yogamat! I really recommend his micromovements to get deeper into the asanas. David is a yogateacher with heart and soul and deep inner wisdom, he is highly inspiring – so dont miss him! -Marion Knotzer, WienYogabeats is like a holiday in my own body! -Sonja Roffeis, ViennaDavid, big hug for teaching me heart-beat-yoga ;-))) Every heartbeat like a rising sun Bliss is in the air….I love it……many thanks…..and No pain in my muscles, only lots of love in my heart Iris Divjak, Energetikerin, Graz“For me personally, while doing Yogabeats I feel a resolution of tension, rigidity and stagnation, a resolution of being caught in myself. and this resolution passes into a sense of inner freedom that again feels like a movement, a flow. An arrival at myself. to be in contact with this incessant pulsating power again. I think this is because one has snapped back into his personal rhythmic movement.” -Karin Zenz, ViennaFrom Carmarthen, Wales, September 2010 The day of yoga with David at our local hall was just so full of surprises and so delightful. His athleticism in his art is awesome, inspiring – and sometimes very, very funny. In fact it was such a fun day to spend with him. His philosophy and words about everyday life pinched me awake and I knew the truth of what he said. I noticed others in the room quietly ruminating and recognised their expressions as they mentally played out scenes of their lives, just as I was doing. I smiled to know that we “got it”. It was far more than a day of yoga, more like a day of acknowledging the truth in our own very special lives and blessing what we have right now brought about by fun, exercise and stepping outside our comfort zones. The calm and joy I felt at the end of the day has remained with me throughout the week and I see things in a new light. Thank you Debbie for bringing David to Wales and thank you David for your insights and inspiration. Lis DuffyHey David, I loved that video you posted last week. Great music, great lyrics, great production!!! And of course, the very inspiring Yoga. It is the whole package, and it simply flows!!!! I was on a high after watching it and had one of my best Yoga practices for a long time!!! – Andrew CrossFrom LondonHi David- i came to your class yesterday at Abbey centre place (I had my bike) and again was brill….are you doing any other classes anywhere else? I want to practice more than once a week but all other classes I go to are dull!!! no music, uninteresting teachers etc! Thanks AnaFrom FinlandPersonally, I also would like to thank you. I have been very sad the last month after a split between me and my girlfriend. It was wonderful to notice that my body beside sadness also can provide happiness. I felt it during the weekend, but also during my own practice this morning. Sadness is of course still there, but also something else, an inner happiness that sometimes is too easy to forget. PeterFeedback comments from Yogaways in FinlandYoga in every heartbeat = YogabeatsFunny, sweaty, heavy, easy and everything in between. Comments on the Soho DVD: I LOOOOOOVE YOUR YOGABEATS VIDEO on YOUTUBE (SOHO) – Love & Light – EveHey David, I loved that video you posted last week. Great music, great lyrics, great production!!! And of course, the very inspiring Yoga. It is the whole package, and it simply flows!!!! I was on a high after watching it and had one of my best Yoga practices for a long time!!! – Andrew CrossDavid, a huge thank you from me. It was really uplifting and above all fun. I can’t imagine doing yoga with anyone else now quite frankly! Got the soundtrack on. Brilliant. – Be in touch soon. Sandie.xWow! I loved last evening, which I am sure you could tell by my face! I crawled home physically wrecked but emotionally on such a high. I love your approach, I have not done Yoga before, but this seemed very free spirited which suits my character far more than the more rigid Yoga I have heard about which is probably why I have never tried it. I loved the music it added so much to the whole atmosphere, to the senses. My body movement is very limited I know, I am starting Yoga at a very late stage but if it is ok with you I will listen to my body and do what I can. I must say afterwards my body was telling me it had done things I have never done before or at least not done since I was 10 years old!!!!!! I am feeling great! I cannot believe how lucky I am that you have a class so close to my home. With a big smile on my face, and a hug and a kiss, is that too familiar after one meeting? Too bad it comes from my heart! LesleyHey – I was at your workshop on Sunday and thought it was fantastic – a really refreshing approach to yoga. I’ve already tried a couple of the ideas in my own practice this morning and it felt great. Thank you so much and keep on sharing the love, Helen xJust wanted to say a huge thanks for a brilliant w/shop yesterday and lovely to see you again. I am still buzzing from the energy of the practice and the fun aspect of it, sometimes yoga can become so serious that is forgotten about and I too firmly belive it should be fun and enjoyable without being disrespectful and vital as we get older to remind us of the beauty of how a child’s eyes sees things, that curiosity for life and wonderment for life in general. But I did want to thank you for all your wonderful energy and fresh outlook on yoga that you imparted, and the gems that you passed onto us.SueMy name is Edina and I attended your workshop on Sunday. Just wanted to thank you so much for making me feel so good! You are so inspiring and positive.Although I have only recently begun my Yogabeats path with you, I an unable to find words to express how much your loving kindness, wisdom and encouragement means to me. I think many of the beautiful phrases you very kindly shared with us in class will travel very deeply within me and be very transformative. I am humbly amazed at my great fortune in finding my Yoga practice with you and would be very honoured to become one of your students – ThuptenHeartfelt thanks for the beautiful Yogabeats class this evening. It was an immense honour to meet you and join your class for the first time. I felt very safe and nutured in the class and feel very blessed to now be able to feel compassionate thoughts towards myself for the first time in many years. I am already immensely looking forward to next week’s class. Hope you have a blissful week. Much love – Thupten xxxTestimonials from Innsbruck – 2009On last Friday and Sunday I had a pleasure to participate in your workshop in Innsbruck. I just want to tell you that what you are doing is absolutely amazing and I am deeply impressed and moved by that. And I mean the whole “message” of the workshop – not just the physical aspects. Thank you very much for great memorable events! – MirekAlready talked to Stephen, it’s really good news that you are willing to come to Innsbruck again and make “macro effects with micro movements” With Mirek (my husband, he also wrote you an email) we read more on your web pages and all what you do, your mission to “make the world a better place” – this is really great and amazing. Looking forward to see you again. In a meantime take care! Joanna”Actually I wanted to say you all my thanks and hug you personally after the last workshop but… after the witchcraft part on Sunday I was too… sad and this makes me always literally speechless, so we both despaired pretty fast without saying “goodbye”. It seems that I went deeper into my negative emotions than I was ready for. Nevertheless it was interesting experience and showed me something more about myself. I am grateful for that, too. Hugs, hugs, hugs – Joanna Chimiak-OpokaTestimonials from Zurich – 2009Many thanks for the great time I experienced during your workshop last Saturday You are a tremendous teacher, plenty of creativity and energy. I hope to meet you soon again. Namaste, DoloresThank you for the wonderful workshop this weekend here in Zurich! I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to you in person, but I would like to thank you.I enjoyed your workshop not only because of your unorthodox approach to the asanas and pranayama, but also because of your very uplifting and nourishing presence. The things you said – as obvious as they may seem – somehow touched a sore spot in me, and gave me courage and maybe even a little more faith. Thank you! All the best to you! Hugs Yvonne
